Delish! I used chicken cutlets.. this is such a better and healthier way to make some yummy chicken fingers. I served them over pasta with homemade sauce.

This is a great recipe. My husband and I both really enjoyed it. I used shredded Parmesan, since that's what I keep on hand. I used 4 large chicken breasts, & it seemed like I had way too many breadcrumbs and not enough olive oil, using the recipe proportions. There was only enough oil to dip one side of each piece of chicken, but that was enough to provide great flavor. I used a garlic press instead of mincing the garlic, & that worked very nicely. Next time I would reduce the breadcrumbs to equal the cheese, when using 4 chicken breasts. The chicken turned out moist and flavorful. I appreciate the simplicity of the recipe. It's a definite keeper. Thanks! I will be making this again.

This chicken turned out great! The breasts I used were a little thick so mine took almost 40 minutes in the oven. I put the olive oil/garlic mixture in the microwave for a minute or so to slightly heat it to really infuse the oil with garlic flavor, and worked great! Chicken was moist and tender and the breading is delicious. I will use this again, thanks (:

This was really good and so simple to make. I used Italian bread crumbs for more flavor and added some panko for more crunch. I also added some hot sauce to the olive oil and garlic mix. I topped the chicken with the remaining bread crumbs and then put a pat of butter on each breast. The chicken came out so crunchy and tender. I served it with fresh green beans and honey roasted potatoes. A keeper, thank you!

This is very easy recipe, made 2 servings, used a little more garlic - only put some of crumbs on top and will not add next time as too dry, and for Weight Watcher - is 5 points and worth every poiny

This was a very fast and easy recipe. it was moist and good but you just need to flavor the chicken your way before you cook Everyone has their own style, but I think that you just need to find the thing that can really make this recipe POP.

This is quite a nice parmesan chicken. We added a bit a dash and extra garlic as to our taste. It is easy to make, and comes out tender and delicious every time. It is easily a five star meal. Thanks for sharing Paula Kamal

AMAZINGLY delicious! I just made a few additions to make this similar to traditional chicken parmesan: I added an extra 20 minutes to the recipe since my chicken wasn't even close to done at the time stated! I spooned about a cup of garlic pasta sauce over the top of the chicken breasts about 10 min before the chicken was done cooking. And the last 2 minutes or so, I put two pieces of sliced provolone on top and let it melt. I served with spaghetti tossed with pesto and grated parmesan. Its amore!!! I'll definitely make again. OUTSTANDING

This was really yummy, the only thing I did different was I cut the chicken down to nugget size (as my kids prefer to eat chicken that way). Everyone loved it!

You MUST cut the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese quantities in half. You will still have plenty to spare. Next day, cut up leftovers to use in a salad and was de-lish!

This recipe is awesome! I used low fat margarine instead of olive oil and seasoned the chicken before breading it. This will definately make our dinner recipe rotation! Thanks :)

I made this a few times with italian seasoned bread crumbs and the powdery grated parmesan in the green can. It was very good and easy that way. But then last night I made this using crushed corn flakes to which I added my own italian seasonings and the grated parmesan that comes in the tubs. It was fantastic! So much crispier, and didn't get mushy on the bottom the way the bread crumbs did.
