Very tasty baked chicken and moist. We also tried the recipe for the breading with salmon with great results.

Followed the recipe exactly as written. Rating 2 stars because the chicken had no flavor whatsoever. Have a recipe very similar to this one from Paula Deen called Oven Fried Chicken. Will definitely stick with that one because of flavor.

Very good! We followed the recipe exactly, the only exception being that we added more garlic to the oil and topped the chicken with some mozzarella cheese. Served it with some pasta. Very tasty! Will make this again for sure!

This could have been atleast 4 stars but the bottom of the chicken was very soggy. Perhaps it would be better if only the top of the chicken was breaded.Probably wont make this one again.

Absolutely FANTASTIC! So tender and very tasty. I didn't have any basil so I used Italian seasoning. My husband and I just loved it and are now making this a regular dinner staple.

This is a keeper. Super easy and very tasty. I added some salt to the breading mixture and upped the garlic as well...I use the minced garlic from TJs and used about 2 teaspoons. It was moist and delicious. The kids and hubby loved it!

I liked this and my husband loved this, so it's a 4 Star for me. The only change I made was using Trader Joe's multigrain crackers for crumbs because I didn't have any bread crumbs.

Very good! I added melted butter to the oil mixture and used Italian Seasoning to spice it up a bit. Pounded the meat to make it even and then at the end of cooking, broiled for several minutes. Will make this again and again, I'm sure!

Delicious! The only thing I changed was that I seasoned the chicken with garlic salt and cracked pepper before dipping in the oil mixture.

This has become an every other week or so dish that I make for my husband and I. It's delicious, and especially if you dip it in a little ranch dressing. I also add more garlic than it calls for, my husband is Italian so when it comes to garlic, no limits. Recommend everyone try this.

It was a very good for dinner & still good the next day for lunch! I'm definitely making this again. The second time around I will add a slice of swiss or provolone cheese between the chicken & breading.

This was very good. The only thing I did different was do the olive oil/garlic (added extra garlic) mixture that morning and added my chicken to it in a baggie, so the olive oil really soaked up the garlic flavor. It turned out very very good. Oh yeah...also, instead of breadcrumbs, I used stuff mix, crushed up in the blender. Made it nice and crunch.

This was okay, but not great. I used stuffing mix as was suggested by others, but the coating was still rather dry, and the spice was over powering.

This is a good recipe for boneless chicken breasts. I added Italian dressing to the wet mix, and as others suggested, I seasoned with Mrs Dash and topped with shredded mozzarella. The chicken was juicy and flavorful.

I've done this a couple times using whatever fresh herbs I have available from my garden. It turns out great every time! Even my boys (ages 1 & 2) eat it.

Very good and very easy. I did as others suggested and put the olive oil, minced garlic, salt & pepper in a large Zip-loc with the chicken (I used 6 'tenders'), coated all the chicken, then dredged in the Italian breadcrumb/Parmesan cheese mixture. This worked great and was a snap to clean up. I did have quite a bit of the breadcrumb/cheese mixture left over, so these quantities could be cut down some. Otherwise, great recipe with great results. Served with spaghetti for a traditional Chicken Parmesan.
