WOW! This was a huge hit with my guests! Everyone went on and on about how great it was. I followed the recipe exactly how it was written (I used Panko bread crumbs). After it was done baking I turned the broiler on and left it in for a few minutes to brown, and then topped each piece of chicken with mozzarella cheese. I served over pasta. Thank you for such a great recipe!

Great, simple chicken parmesan dish. I added double the garlic and Italian bread crumbs for an extra kick. Plenty of flavour...will make again!

I thought this was ok, i made it using drumsticks and thighs might have been better made with breasts though. Not sure if I'll try this again.

Great recipe! Very easy to make with ingredients most have on hand regularly. I crushed up salad croutons for the bread crumbs which gave the coating a little extra garlic flavour. Definitely will make this again. Thanks for sharing Karen.

Excellent recipe. I added a little more garlic and also sprinkled some crushed red pepper for a little kick. It came out so moist and delicious. We really enjoyed it and it will defintely become part of the dinner rotation!! Thanks!

This chicken was very simple to make and a big hit with the family. I added a few more garlic cloves and sprinkled Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic into the bread crumb mix- used Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs. I cooked it for 45 minutes and as others suggested i flipped the chicken with 15 minutes left. Served with egg noodles, broccoli rabe and a salad. I will make again.

This recipe was simple and delicious. I have bought the premade frozen parmesan talapia which was really good. This recipe however is fresh homemade and down right finger licking good.

This was so good. The only thing that I changed was that I pounded out the chicken so it was thin, more like a cutlet. It turned out perfectly cooked following the recipe exactly.

Delicious and quick recipie my boyfriend and I have enjoyed despite our hectic college life. For a better taste, replace olive oil with egg white, and top chicken with additional layer of parmesan before baking.

I cooked this chicken for dinner a couple weeks ago and it was okay. After all the great reviews I guess I expected it to be better. I also made it without reading a lot of reviews for it and quickly discovered (too late) that it called for way too much bread crumbs. It seemed to be missing something but couldn't figure out what.
