I make these all the time instead of frozen fries. They are soo much better and much cheaper than buying bags of frozen fries.

This tasted great! I made a few minor changes as suggested: Preheat at 400 and baked for 30 minutes rotating once as noted. I also didnt have any Paprika but put in some Italian Seasonings instead. I also put it all the combined indrgents into a container and shook. Everything turned out great!

My Family loves these! I recommend reducing the baking from 450 to 425 degrees! I also recommend reducing the cooking time to 35-40 minutes, so they don't get over cooked!

Didn't turn out so good. They got too blackened, with all of those spices and kind of burnt with out a lot of flavor. I guess a tip would be to cook for less time and to put more salt on it with less spices.

These had a great flavor, but they burned quite easily. I am not sure if I made the wedges too large and therefore they had to cook longer then they should have. I will probably try again and cut the wedges smaller.

I love my fries crispy so I made the cuts rather thin. I also took another reviewer's advice and coated them by tossing them in plastic bag with the mixture. They were great - flavorful enough to eat on their own, but not too flavorful to overwhelm any type of dipping sauce.

All I can say is "Mmmmmm". They came out perfect. I eye-balled all the ingredients and did used the 400 degrees for 45 minutes method and they came out absolutely delicious. Will def try these again!

Yummy, but the recipe lacks a very important ingredient. Salt, salt and salt. Apart from that I'm glad I found this recipe and I'll make french fries over and over again - without the guilt! :)

This is a pretty good recipe. However, I followed the reviews here and used a bit more seasoning than called for, about 1.5 X the recipe and the fries turned out way too seasoned. Luckily I was serving them covered in chili and cheese, but they were very overwhelming on their own. The cooking temperature does need to be cut down for regular steak fry size - I baked mine at 425 for 20 minutes, then flipped them and baked for another 10 minutes. I did have to increase the amount of oil to 1/4 cup to evenly coat my fries as well. Less seasoning and they would've been perfect!

One word. Amazing. Don't waste your money on prepackaged, trans-fatty fries.

These are great fries and so easy to make too! I've made these multiple times and I usually use more olive oil and less seasonings, just because that's what I prefer. I also bake them on parchment paper so they don't burn or stick to the pan. Thanks for the great recipe!
