Very tasty, but as a previous poster experienced, i had to cook fish longer than directed. Total cook time for me was 35 minutes.

This recipe was so simple I thought I messed up. This was my first time introducing this baked fish and shrimp, the sauce was delicious and fish was just right. I would do it all over again with no problems. I enjoyed cooking it as well as eating it.

The reason we all love baked fish is because it is so easy to prepare. The wonderful thing about this recipe is that the dish is not only simple, but is delicious as well! My husband and kids loved the dish. I used red snapper, which turned out to be perfect! The dish looks pretty on a plate with pasta and a green veggie. This is my new fave way to bake fish.
