My family LOVED this. (I'm a vegetarian, so didn't taste it.) I did taste the sauce, though, and it was very good. I used catfish and frozen baby shrimp (popcorn shrimp). I will make this dish again and again, and I will also use the sauce for other recipes. I followed someone's advice here from an earlier post and added 4 tablespoons dry sherry to the sauce. It was perfect.

I added my own touch to this recipe. I used catfish instead of what's called for. I buttered my pan, no spraying and seasoned the fish with a lemon-pepper spice. I also added lemon-pepper to the sauce because it was quite bland and nice touch of hot sauce. It was pure perfect.

This was excellent! I will definitely make again. I used orange roughy and the taste was buttery and delicious. I also added 3 tablespoons dry sherry to the white sauce for added flavor. Probably could have added 4 tablespoons for perfect flavor. Beautiful presentation.

What a delicious and easy way to prepare fish. I added parsley, garlic powder and pepper to the sauce to spice it up a bit. I also went heavier on the cheese. I will definitely try it again with various fish.

This was absolutely delicious! I'm on a diet so I used light margarine and skim milk and it was still rich and yummy. By the way, I used cod since it was on sale and it was great.

Very good! I used cod fillets. I added some Mrs. Dash minced onion medley and some garlic powder to the white sauce and put chopped green onion and parsely on top. My husband thought I'd gone all out and cooked a gourmet meal. He loved it! So did I!
