My family LOVED this. (I'm a vegetarian, so didn't taste it.) I did taste the sauce, though, and it was very good. I used catfish and frozen baby shrimp (popcorn shrimp). I will make this dish again and again, and I will also use the sauce for other recipes. I followed someone's advice here from an earlier post and added 4 tablespoons dry sherry to the sauce. It was perfect.
