We are trying to eat more fish and we really liked this recipe. It was very tasty and little clean up. Changes I made are using a seafood/fish seasoning instead of paprika due to some of the comments of "bland" fish. I also used brown rice - however, if you want more "fluffy" rice, I would cook the rice mixture for 20 minutes, not 10 as in the recipe. We will definitely fix this recipe again!

I added more spices, and I used half of an onion that I caramelized rather than using french fried onions. With these couple tweaks it was great!

Used Peas instead of broccoli and fresh sliced onion with Tilapia. Came out great.

Really good recipe. Simple and tasty. Everything cooked perfectly and I don't think I'd change a thing.

Had to make a few substitutions, first with the rice, I used basmati instead. Didn't have broccoli, but I used the same amount of frozen corn(defrosted for 4 minutes in the nuke). Regarding the French fried onions, I started cooking and realized the recipe didn't want white onions, but that being all I had. I sliced a large white onion, fried over medium-high heat in canola oil until cooked(with a dash of garlic, salt and italian seasoning to tie-in the flavours) and added them as required for the frenchfried onion. Also, I used Campbell's garlic and herbs canned chicken broth(one can of water added). I made sure the broth was boiling and the oven was already preheated before quickly moving everything into the oven.

This was great. I used a box of Uncle Ben's Mushroom Recipe Brown and Wild Rice. I also added some cayenne to the fish for some kick. The onions were absolutely the best part!

This was pretty good. I ended up doubling the rice, chicken broth, Italian seasoning and garlic powder (next time I will triple the seasoning); used a 16 oz bag of broccoli, but kept the rest the same. After adding the boiling broth, I cooked the rice for 15 minutes prior to adding the rest, and ended up cooking the complete meal for 30 minutes (instead of the recommended 20 - 25 minutes) - plenty of time (45 minutes total) for the rice to cook. I enjoyed the French fried onions and would have never paired that with fish. Definitely a keeper!

Easy and a family pleaser. I used salmon (thought I had tilapia, but defrosted salmon by mistake). Used about a teaspoon Italian seasoning and 1/2 tsp garlic powder because of others' comments. Used fresh broccoli and microwaved it a couple of minutes so it wouldn't cool off boiling rice. No need to cook rice ahead of time; just be careful to use boiling broth and quickly cover tightly with foil. Just in case, I cooked it 15 minutes before adding other ingredients, but it was fine, very well done. I also used a mix of Italian cheeses rather than Cheddar - would have used Cheddar for a white fish.

I don't care for fish, so it's rare that I even have on hand. My 4 year old recommended fish for dinner tonight. We used Whiting fish, green beans (because I'm nursing, and broccoli gives baby gas), and mozzarella. Chicken broth was from my roast chicken a couple days ago, so it made the rice very flavorful. I boiled the broth in the microwave waiting for the oven to preheat, so while still waiting, put the rice in the broth in the meantime. I didn't even taste the Italian seasoning. I think that using the green beans made this seem almost like green bean casserole wih fish...just less creamy. Flavor-wise, it's a great idea, especially for the fish lover. My 2 & 4 year old ate it. I did serve with some lemon juice for the fish. Might I recommend it only for the fish, not the whole casserole (bottled lemon juice).
