I am a creature of habit and make the same things all the time. However, for some reason, this reciped inspired me, and I'm not even a big fan of salmon. I prepared this last night for my husband, who loves salmon, my parents, both of whom are incredible chefs, my grandmother and my uncle. All of them were impressed and sincerely loved it. I even loved it. I am already looking forward to making it again and impressing my friends. I still can't believe how easy it was to prepare. I followed the instructions pretty closely. As recommened by another reviewer, I recommend tasting the honey mustard before putting on the salmon. I think the key is that they honey cuts the strong mustard taste. Also, I definitely recommend serving with a lemon wedge. The fresh lemon juice added some extra magic to it all.
