I made this for lunch today with one big filet and hubby and I both loved it. It was very easy! I used panko crumbs, so it came out quite crispy, which we liked. The flavor was milder than I expected, especially since I did not "brush lightly" with the sauce as directed, but it was still delicious! We enjoyed it with some steamed broccoli and brown rice. I will definitely make it again.

Very good recipe. I followed the directions exactly and it was a little undercooked, but all in all it was very easy and very tasty.

We made this for part of our 7 Fishes Feast on Christmas Eve because the reviews looked promising. Followed the recipe exactly and.... Salmon is my favorite fish, and this recipe quite simply ruined the wonderful flavor of salmon. It was such a waste (it was a lot!) Didn't seem like much of our family enjoyed it. It was a very odd flavor on fish. Perhaps it'd be better on chicken? My biggest disappointment from this website. Will never make again.

This is delish. I didn't have pecans and it was still good. Everyone ate it, even picky kids. This is one of my favorite ways of making salmon from this site.

My brother made this for me at Christmas and it was the best fish I'd ever had....but when I made it there wasn't the same exploding flavour and the topping wasn't as moist and the crumbliness made me want to scrape it off. Next time I might actually mix the topping with the sauce. Lemon brought out taste in my version, but wasn't necessary with my brother's. As another reviewer said, there's loads of sauce which burnt in the bottom of my pan when I dumped it on. I used some extra on rice and it was great. I'd make this again, but my review for my version is 3 stars and 5 for my brother's, so a 4 all around.

This was a great recipe. My husband doesn't like Salmon so I actually put half of the mixture over a chicken breast and cooked it the same way and it turned out great. He even tasted my fish and thought it was pretty good for Salmon. Maybe next time I will do all fish.

Followed recipe exactly but it didnt taste good. Too dry and a little sweet makes it weird tasting...was thinking of poaching it but if i did that the bread crumbs may turn soggy...

To the people saying ignore the bad ratings: I listened to you and tried this recipe. I'm sorry but it's really bland. Salmon, to me, is a really good fish that should be prepared in a really tasty manor. This was more like a breaded fish. I would use this recipe for trout, but not salmon. To anyone considering this recipe: It's okay if you're a chicken nugget and macaroni and cheese kind of person. If you have spent a lot of money on your fish, I would find a better recipe.

I was out of bread crumbs and had to substitute cashews for the pecans, and it still turned out great! Received plenty of compliments and requests to make it again. I was really looking forward to having the leftovers for lunch the next day, but there weren't any!

This was really, really tasty. I did cook a little longer but I was using 6 pieces of fish. I also pulled the skin off first (are you supposed to? Eww...) Very elegant tasting and even the non-fish lovers in my house enjoyed it. Thanks for a nice, healthy alternative (without using the butter, of course)!

very yummy!! I substituted white sugar for honey. Usually, when doing this you substitue 2:1, so I doubled the volume to get the same amount of sweetness. However, I found that a tad too sweet, next time I will substitute the same volume of sugar as the honey is called for. Still Wonderful!!

This is to die for. It's an excellent dish for entertaining. Very quick and easy but it looks very elegant and the taste is amazing. I made this for a dinner party and everyone told me afterward that I needed to open my own catering business. Try it! You'll love it!

We really enjoyed this recipe. It is quite rich which I had anticipated so only served one side dish of rice cooked in Knorr Vegetable soup. Used one cup of rice, two cups of water and 1 package Knorr (dry) Vegetable soup mix.

As always, choosing fresh, wild (NOT farmed) salmon is crucial to a good outcome. I tend to be a salmon purist and I like to keep flavorings light and simple so as not to take away from the salmon flavor (usually I grill on an alder plank). However, my grill is broken and I decided to try something different with a coho salmon that I had just caught. I was pleasantly surprised that the dijon flavor and nuts compimented the salmon so well. If I make it again I will use 1/2 the called-for dijon and try using a little rosemary and spread the sauce just a little thinner (it is still easy to drown out the delicate salmon flavor). My kids loved it.
