Wow, did I get excellent reviews when I made this one! I will possibly switch from grilling to baking altogether now! It was so delectable and tender, and the glaze tamed the strong flavor of the salmon. When I ate it, I was thinking it needed more of a sweetness to it, so the next night, for different people, I made it with double the honey! So good! This still gets a five, though, because I could imagine serving this many times to come! Here are my tips: Tip #1: Double the honey. Tip #2: Don't brush the fillets. Put the glaze in a shallow bowl and dip each fillet in it quickly before placing it on your cooking pan. Tip #3: Use a Silpat (a silicone pad that is made for cooking pans so bottoms of foods don't get overcooked or burnt onto your nice cookware)--the clean up is so much easier. Tip #4: If you don't have a food processor, the crust might be frustrating to create.

Amazing. I had wanted to make the macademia encrusted salmon (also excellent and on this site), but my fiance couldn't find the right nuts. This was the back-up and even better than the other recipe.

This was a salmon even my daughter could love. Not too sweet, not overly savory. I didn't have plain bread crumbs so I used the seasoned ones. It was good that way too. I still added the parsley even though they were preseasoned and it didn't over power any flavors. I'm keeping this recipe.

This was very good and easy! My husband and son (who is only 2 years old) really enjoyed this. I had a 1-inch piece of salmon, so the cooking time was a bit longer. This recipe is a keeper!

Mustard often over powers the flavor of Salmon but in this case it was perfect. We had no dijon so I used horseradish mustard....i bet the dijon tastes a little better. I have kids who don't eat pecans yet so I cooked them in the skillet with a bit of sugar and water and put them on the side. I cooked a half of salmon, using the serving of 4 suggested on the main page. I upped the bread by a bit, but it wasn't necessary. Thank you for the recipe!

I don't know why I haven't reviewed this recipe yet, I've been making it for years and we love it! I usually try to prepare salmon at least once a week since it is so nutritious. Out of all my salmon recipes, this is my husband's favorite. I usually only use 2 Tbsp. butter to make it a little healthier. I also like to salt and pepper the salmon before pouring on the sauce. My favorite parts are the honey and pecans. Great, easy recipe!

Fabulously delicious! This recipe is so gourmet and so easy. Even my kids loved it. To cut fat I used 1 T. olive oil instead of 1/4 c. butter. I found it needed a bit more baking time. Thanks for an incredible dish.

I have made this for several different events and for dinner at home. It is delicious and always well-recieved. I roll it in the mustard mixture and then roll it in the bread crumb mixture rather than sprinkling it on top.

Yummo! This recipe has over a thousand reviews and hold 4 and a half stars...ignore any bad reviews. this recipe is well worth trying. I followed the recipe as written with the exception of using fresh parsley, I only had dried. And since my salmon was already skinned I coated the entire piece rather then just as a topping. Don't be afraid of the few bad review they probably did something wrong cause this truly is a great recipe. I will most certainly make it again!

This recipe was OK I guess. We're big salmon eaters, and honestly the fish is better without the topping. Sounded good, but the taste was just blah.

This was a little too overpowering for the Salmon. I made it exactly as written, sans pecans. I did half of my salmon I had with this recipe and the other half I used a lemon/dill marinade from A-1, which we all felt was a better compliment for the fish. I will not be making this recipe again.

This was actually the first time I had ever had Salmon. I did not have any Pecans on hand so I used crushed almonds. This was delicious. My husband also loved it. I do not think I would order Salmon at a resturant, but I will make this again at home.
