My family loved this recipe. The salmon is full of flavor and moist. We felt the flavors were well balanced. Thanks for sharing!

Very easy recipe, most ingredients already in your pantry. I didn't have parsley or nuts, so I just used more breadcrumbs (some of which were panko breadcrumbs so it would stay crunchy) and some lemon/herb seasoning mixed into the breadcrumbs. I added 2 tsp of lemon juice into the butter mixture. I coated both sides of the fish (after de-skinning), and put down parchment paper on the pan so the bottom wouldn't stick or burn. This was AWESOME and CHEAP, and my husband ate 2 pieces (and he usually hates fish). It was so good I am serving it at the next dinner party! Literally no cleanup due to the parchment paper, and no fishy smell in the kitchen.

I think this looked better than it tasted. Thats not to say it wasnt good but i thought it was a lil bland. Maybe i need to be more generous with the salt.

This was certainly delicious, but as a recipe, I have to knock it a little bit. It's a bit bland. If you take a nice fresh salmon fillet and top it with bread crumbs, parsley, dijon, and plenty of butter, then it darn well better taste good! How could it not? I guess I'd have appreciated something with either a bit more flavor or a bit less fat. Still, though, if you want a very solid and guaranteed-to-please, traditional recipe, this will do the trick.

I'm not a huge fan of salmon, but this was out of this world! I served it at a dinner party and it was a huge hit, one guest who does not like salmon was blown away and took home my copy of this recipe. I did use dried parsley because we had no fresh, but I don't think it changed the flavor. This is amazing!

This was soooo yummmy! The only thing I'd do different next time would be to put a little less of the sauce on the fish - we used less fish than the recipie called for so we spread the sauce on pretty thick, it's really flavorful so I don't really think it needed so much on it.

This really is wonderful. I used Dijonnaise for a little added moisture, panko bread crumbs, and finely chopped pecans. Next time I may try crushed Ritz crackers and finely chopped almonds. A keeper! Thanks!

Wonderful recipe. This is the 1st thing I've made that my husband actually referred to as "delicious". Will definitely be making again!

A nice way to switch it up over my usual grilled salmon. I used one large filet rather than individual portion and it worked out fine - just increase the baking time.

Our favorite salmon recipe ever. I used regular old French's mustard and roasted almonds, and it was totally phenomenal. Great with roasted potatoes and French green beans. Not fishy at all! Delicious.

We dont like pecans and I forgot to get a lemon at the store. But even without those items, this recipe had us drooling. I used a creamy dijon style mustard. Wonderful recipe for fresh caught Alaskan Red salmon. Thanks from Alaska!

Perfect taste. It was also a hit when I brought it to a pot-luck event. I used olive oil instead of butter to be healthier, added chopped walnuts to keep it moist, and I seasoned the breadcrumbs to my liking. Yummy.
