This meal was very good. My husband does not like much fish but I made it anyway. He thought it was ok but I really enjoyed it. It has a great flavor. Thanks for another keeper!

I used a combo of whole dijon and creamy dijon. The texture was so much better.

Hit at home. Added lime juice instead of lime wedge. Worked great!

Excellent, sweet flavor! I used Italian bread crumbs and dried parsley flakes, as that is what I had on hand; scaled back on the butter, and added some lemon juice to the mustard mixture.

Ok so I didn't have salmon. I used Tilapia instead but it still tasted wonderful. Also, I used 1 Tblsp of honey and Honey Dijon Mustard. ***UPDATE*** I finally made this again with salmon and it was delicious. Tilapia 4 stars. Salmon 5 stars.

To be a keeper in my house a recipe has to be able to deal with substitutions. Even with crushed rice krispies instead of bread crumbs, walnuts instead of pecans, and spicy brown instead of dijon this recipe was good. The extra sauce worked on green beans but my husband preferred pouring more on the fish for added flavor.

I'd give it a 4, my husband gives it a 3. It's pretty good, but we prefer the more traditional recipes for salmon.

really good, EASY way to prepare salmon. we used a little extra honey as my boyfriend brought spicy mustard instead of dijon and I wanted the extra sweetness to compensate (since I don't particularly enjoy a strong mustard flavor). we'll definitely make this again. thanks for sharing!

A very simple, easy to make weeknight family meal. A nice winter salmon recipe when I can't use the grill (which is my preferred method for preparing salmon). This one is a good staple recipe.

The butter, honey, mustard mixture is delicious and the nuts give the topping a nice crunch. I am not really a salmon fan, but after eating this I will definitely make again.
