I followed this recipe to a t with the exception of using chicken breast tenders. There is way to much salt and way to much paprika in this recipe. Scale it down and maybe add some garlic powder or something and maybe it would be better.

It is very easy and gluten free. I used chicken tenders and they came out moist and delicious. my very picky kids ate them up.

This is delicious and so easy! I did make one (major) change though. I didn't have cornflakes on hand so I substitued with Ritz crackers. It is the main ingredient, I know, but it was so good. The second time I did the samething because I loved it so much the first time.

I'd make this again. Something was off though, maybe my fresh parsley was going south? Would be good with a bit of garlic powder/salt added.

This was very good. Will definitly make again. I only made a few alterations. Due to the large chicken breast that, I had to add extra cornflakes to the mixture. I also added a little garlic salt. In place of butter, I used cooking spray. I didn't have fresh parsley so I used dried parsley. The chicken was very good and added an extra crunch to regular baked chicken.

This was really good. I added a bit of garlic powder and removed the skin from my chicken thighs and legs (because chicken these days seems to be SO fatty!!) By removing the skin, the coating sticks to the chicken, and you get to eat all of those tasty bits without the added fat of eating the skin. The chicken stayed nice and moist, and even my 8 & 10 year olds liked it.

I made this for my boyfriend and I this evening. I must say it was quite good! I followed the recipe exactly with the exception of using Italian bread crumbs instead of cornflakes. The chicken came out very moist; I only cooked it for 45 minutes after reading other reviews. This dish actually tastes a lot like Shake N Bake but better! We were very satisfied. Will definitely make again!

Very tasty. The herbs really compliment the chicken. I normally use boneless thighs, because they seem juicy compared to breasts. Either way, it was good.

This recipe was really tasty! I made it "as is" with no alterations. It made enough coating for 8 drumsticks. The only changes I will make is the baking time (my drumsticks were a little over cooked) and I will spritz them with a little oil instead of butter.

This chicken had a great taste to it although the cooking temp. was a little to long so after 40 min. I would suggest watching it very closely.

My fiance and I made up a recipe for "Smart Start" chicken. I found this recipe and incorporated it into ours. Our favorite is using a sweeter cereal, such as Smart Start and adding about 2 Tbsp of brown sugar to the cereal mixture. Either way, WE LOVE THIS RECIPE!
