I made the baked corn for Thanksgiving and it was the only dish emptied! My family loved it. I also made it for Christmas dinner at my in-laws and EVERYONE wanted the recipe. This dish is tasty, easy and will be on my holdiay table for years to come!

I made this recipe for Easter dinner at my daughter-in-laws. Everyone liked it. It was more like a cornbread than a casserole. I agree with the lady that said you could spice it up if you wanted to with jalapenos.

This was a wonderful hit at my parents house. Everybody loved it. It was quick and easy to make and flavor was out of this world. I would make this again and I will definately tell my friends and family about it.

It doesn't get any easier than this. I didn't like the cornbread taste so much, probably would have preferred a more traditional corn pudding. My husband liked it.
