I did make some changes 'coz I didn't have the necessary ingredients and couldn't run to the store either. But the end result was AWESOME! the changes i made was...to add some broken dry red chillies (just a pinch)....no thyme (coz I didn't have any) and 3-4 cheese triangles grated (no Parmesan on hand). I loved it...and I it was brilliant. For me it took approx. 13 minutes on either side. And it wasn't too brown or burnt or anything. Just Right! Thanks Teresa! *** UPDATE*** It's brilliant with Parmesan too!! But cheese triangles are equally brilliant!! And paprika gives it an AWESOME kick!! :)

Very good nuggets! My VERY picky 2 yr old loved them! I did the breading using half bread crumbs and half panko. They were very good. I might do full out panko, because I would have liked them a little crispier. I did not use a baking rack so only one side was "toasted". I will probably use one next time. I also would probably cut the baking time by 5 min or so, because the chicken was slightly dry. I did not have Italian seasoned bread crums, so I used plain crumbs with about 1 1/2 tsp of McCormick's Herbes De Provence (which contains rosemary, marjoram, thyme, savory, and lavender). I very much enjoyed the spice. It smelled like pizza while baking. :) Also, I only had 8 strips of boneless, skinless chicken tenders, so I cut them into thirds and then did the recipe. They worked out excellent!

Really easy. I don't even add the extra spices and it turns out great every time. I've also tried mixing mayo and melted butter instead of just mayo and that's great too. We used this recipe for fresh caught fish which was delicious!

I made this exactly as written and it was great. Next time I will try the use of milk or egg to dip in before the bread crumbs to cut back on calories. This was good and easy for a needed quick lunch.

I made these for my kids who eat to many processed chicken nuggets. I used Panko bread crumbs and instead of the butter, I used buttermilk. Not only did my kids like these but my husband like them also. Next time I make these I'll double the recipe and freeze some nuggets.

Wonderful! I am in college and love to cook for my friends. I made this for a few of them and each of them loved it, saying it was degrading to call it "nuggets" since it was far better than any nuggets they had ever had. I will definitely continue to make this wonderful and easy recipe

I made these for my 3 year old daughter and she absolutely loved them! The only thing I changed was that I omitted the basil and thyme and added garlic and onion powder and black pepper. They were very tender and juicy, thanks Teresa!

This recipe is good! I would agree the Panko crumbs make it best and by adding garlic to the mixture makes it even better. Next time I will be trying buttermilk instead of butter to lower the fat, plus you could marinate overnight with garlic to give the chicken more flavor.

This were good. But my son didn't eat them, since I guess they weren't that appealing looking to him. They had good flavor though, but needed an extra kick.

These were just okay for my tastes. My nuggets came out extremely moist and tender, which I loved. But something about the actual taste threw me off. I wish I knew what it was, because I was expecting to like this one a lot - I love Parmesan. But I highly doubt I'll be making these again. Thanks for sharing though.

Last night I made frozen bagged popcorn chicken and thought I would try the homemade ones tonight, the homemade ones were way better than the bagged ones but not as crispy. I had a lb of chiken tenderloins that I cut up into little pieces. I dipped half of them in milk and half of them in butter, then followed recipe as stated. I baked them seperately so I could decide which ones I liked better. The dipped in butter was way better had more flavor. I broiled them for 3-4 minutes at the end to try and make them crispy. Very good for the kids will make again and try to freeze some.
