It was alright, but nothing spectacular. I did what the reviews told me, but it took so long to cook that it kind of outweighed the benefit. I might cook it again someday, but for now, nah.

I read the other reviews before making this dish and made sure I split the baby carrots in half before placing in dish (because the batch I had on hand seemed rather thick) and then sprinkled them with garlic salt before pouring on the broth. I thought they were yummy!

I followed this recipe to the letter and at 1hour, the carrots were still very UNDERCOOKED. I baked them for another 30 minutes and they were still slightly undercooked. I loved the flavor and will try this again but will chop the carrots next time to cook them a bit faster.

Added a little Garlic Salt. Fabulous, have made them more than once, served them to company, and everyone loves them! The simple things are usually the best.

This was easy to make but very bland. I will add seasonings next time I make this to try and spruce up the flavour. Thanks for sharing.
