1 pound carrots, cut into sticks
1 bunch green onions with tops, chopped
1 cup chicken broth

DIRECTIONS
Place the carrots and onions in an ungreased 1-qt. casserole; pour chicken broth over all. Cover and bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour.
FOOTNOTE
Editor's Note: This dish may be placed in the oven along with the Old-Fashioned Swiss Steak during the last hour of baking.

This was easy to make but very bland. I will add seasonings next time I make this to try and spruce up the flavour. Thanks for sharing.
