Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Arrange frozen chicken wings in a single layer in a shallow baking dish.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, then flip wings. Continue baking until the skin is crispy and meat is no longer pink at the bone, about 20 minutes more.
  3. Meanwhile, cook and stir hot sauce, butter, and vinegar in a saucepan over medium heat until butter is melted, about 5 minutes. Add flour; whisk until sauce is smooth. Continue cooking until sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes more.
  4. Drain grease from chickens wings and let stand for 5 minutes. Transfer chicken to a large bowl and add sauce. Toss to coat.

Hello, Brian here, I have never cooked a full recipe before, decided to start with this simple one. The wings were delicious! I have never cooked before and I nailed this one. Only cons were I didn't know how long to preheat oven, and for the wings I left them whole instead of cutting them. However I like them better actually whole and I cooked them longer then said time by like 10 mins which made up for the preheating time. Cooked at 395 Degrees due to my oven, but it went very well and sauce came out delicious. Now I can do this on my own!!! Thanks!!!
