Learned a trick when roasting sliced potatoes and that is to soak the slices in a bowl of water for 10-15 minutes, drain the water, paper towel dry the slices, then season the slices and add olives oil. Roast and flip when half done. Awesome every time.

Easy fries, I did have to bake for an additional 15 minutes to get them to crisp. Not a bad taste, maybe need a little salt adding to the mix.

These are really tasty fries, and a nice taste from the frozen ones in the grocery store. i think I'll cook them longer next time to get the crispiness that i prefer in my fries. Followed the recipe exactly and they were a delicious snack. Thanks for sharing!

Great! Weren't really crispy bc I tossed them all together in a smaller dish. Flavors were excellent though!

I actually got this recipe from a Taste of Home cookbook and have been making these fries for a long time. My family just LOVES them. My oven has a "convection" setting, so I always bake them on convection and they come out nice and crispy and flavorful.

I do something similiar with sweet potatoes, which is why I was eager to try this. Much better than I expected it be! I left the skins on and they got nice and crispy after broiling for a few minutes. Yummy! I will definitely make this again.

Amazing! Next time I will try it with rosemary. I ended up cooking them for longer- after the second 20 minutes, I turned the oven down to 350 and watched it for the next 15 minutes or so. I added salt, but I like my food salty. They were nice and crispy!

Delish-the only thing I did different was use fresh garlic.
