I don't usually review recipes I've made significant changes to, but I had Italian turkey sausage on hand and used it in this dish. I thought the outcome was delicious and I would make it again.

Absolutely delicious. I just added 1/2 cup mushrooms to the veggie mix. Then added 2 cups hashbrowns and let brown. Put this mixture in a tart pan then topped with the eggs and cheese. Finished with fresh salsa on the side...oh so good!

This was wonderful! My flexitarian husband and son loved it as well. I used 6 eggs, instead of 8 (because I didn't want an overpowering egg flavor) and it still came out great.

Pretty good! I served this for my dad's 66th birthday brunch and everyone loved it. I added garlic salt for the table salt (we love garlic) and really made no other changes. Loved the asiago cheese!Would definitely make again.
