Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 cup finely ground almonds
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rose water

Directions

  1. Combine the milk, cream, ground almonds, confectioners' sugar, and rosewater in a blender, and blend until thoroughly mixed and smooth, about 1 minute. Serve over ice.
