The family loves when we make these. We let everyone put their own "toppings" in their egg (green pepper, onion, ham, cheese, tomato, etc.)They are so cute, you can't help put gobble them up.

Really enjoyed this recipe. I had two bundles left over the next day. I heated them up in the microwave and they were delicious. Fun easy to make breakfast.

Cute little idea and cute presentation. Basically though it was just a poached egg wrapped in bacon. The egg was rather plain and I prefer omelets, but that's just me. This just wasn't as good as I expected, though because it was plain and bland. I had to cook these for 25 min in a convection oven using a silicon muffin pan. I did not grease the pan first as I used silicone. They popped right out after I let them cool for about 4 minutes. Very cute idea, I might make these again.

This recipe was a HUGE hit with my family. The only thing I changed after the fist time I made these was skip the butter to grease the pans and use a butter flavored non-stick spray. The egg bundles were very hard to get out with the butter but no problem at all with the spray. Yummy and so easy!!

This was just "ok" my fiance thought they were good, but i thought they were too greasy and just kind "blah" in the flavor department. If I do make these again, I will scramble the eggs and add some cheese.

Easy to make. letting it form in the muffin tin also makes it easy to make it look fancy on a plate. great and something i will make alot more often for breakfast.

this was pretty good but the bacon on the bottom did not get done enough, the bottom pieces need to be cooked more than the wrapping pieces before it is put into the cups. 18 minutes will harden the yolk 1/2 way. the egg doesnt have much flavor like a poached egg, some cheese or sauce after cooking would help and get the rating to 4 stars

This recipe was yummy and pretty. I did the eggs differently to suit our tastes. I mixed up the egg with milk, garlic salt, and pepper (as if I was preparing to make scrambled eggs) before pouring into the bacon. Then I sprinkled grated cheese on top. I also had to add ten minutes to the cooking time. I served it with french toast and coffee. It was a hit.
