Fantastic and easy...used bacon leftover from breakfast and red onions (all I had on hand). Used 2% milk cheddar cheese to cut back on fat. Chopped the bacon and reheated in a skillet. This produced grease again and allowed me to cut the butter in half and cook the diced onion with the bacon as it reheated. So easy and everyone of my guests raved about them!

I made this for Thanksgiving because a family member is on a no carb diet. I wanted him to have something special too and he loved them! Even my kids, who dislike mushrooms, loved these! I will definately make them again.

This looks so fancy and elegant but it's so easy to make! My guests thought I was a SuperCook! My husband commented that the mushrooms were so nicely cooked that it almost tasted like meat! A nice way to get our guys to eat some veggies >: )

Turned out great! Used green onion instead of chopped onion. After initially stuffing them, if you have extra, be sure to pile it on! When the cheese melts it makes space. Will probably add a small dash of garlic salt or garlic powder next time around but overall very easy, quick and tasty! Thank you!

This is a dish for the mushroom lover, even me who is mere fan liked this one. I had a couple peices bacon leftover from breakfast and did nit think it was enough so I added some chopped sliced peperoni to the mix, it was great.

This was absolutly amazing! My husband loved it. Only request I got from him was to make about 3 times the amount that the recipe called for. Thank you so much for this awesome recipe!

Great recipe! I used 2 8-oz. boxes of small mushrooms instead of the ones called for, and the stuffing perfectly filled them. Just one thing wrong - they didn't last long enough! We loved 'em!

These were great! I do agree with others that they were a little on the bland side. Next time I'm going to chop up some garlic and sautee it with the onion for more flavor. The crimini shrooms at my market were really small, so I just used large button mushrooms instead.

Almost like my Memere's recipe, except she uses White Cheddar and a couple slices of french bread incorporated into the filling. Yummy!

Made these as apps for a party. They turned out okay (hence the 3 stars) but the taste was sort of bland and nothing exceptional. Will not make again.

This recipe is quick & easy, especially if you use precooked bacon or a pouch of real bacon pieces. I made a double recipe and they were gone in minutes! Everyone loved them, but next time I will add some salt to the filling.

These are really, really good. Everyone loved them. Also, were much easier to make than the "bread crumb/crab meat type" stuffed mushrooms.

This recipe was a hit at my daughter's baby shower. I made a change by adding 2 pieces of toasted bread diced small. It helped absorb some of the oils. I also cooked the mushroom caps in a little olive oil before stuffing them so they were nice and tender when done. Great tasting mushrooms!

My whole family loved the stuffed mushrooms. Everyone thought it took me hours to make. The filling actually made 10 mushrooms in total. To cut a little calories, I used 1/4 cup of fat free cheddar cheese. Thank you!

These are so delicious! I used a grapefruit spoon to scoop out the stems from the mushroom caps. My boyfriend is obsessed with these, when I am making them he is constantly "sampling" the filling.
