I love these things.....however my party christmas eve guest didn't even touch them....??? I guess it's something to do with the sauce over top...which in my opinion was strange...almost too thick and it just sat on the bacon. I don't know....I thought they were very good..everyone else kept asking what they were and wouldn't try another....so I got the point. Maybe I just didn't have a lot of water chestnut fans?????

I made this recipe at my holiday party. A few were skeptical about the whole chestnut thing. Reguardless they attempted to try one anyways and ABSOLUTELY LOVED them! Everyone was asking for the recipe :)

These were good. However, substituting the ketchup for barbecue sauce is much better. (In my oppinion). My kids liked this recipe a lot.
