It's totally awesome really tasty, new family favorite..
Delicious and easy. I did add sage and granulated garlic, and had to bake it about 20 minutes longer than recommended to get the center to 160 F. Added to my Recipe Box and will definitely be making this again.
This was easy to put together and pretty tasty! I think next time I'll try adding a few different spices. The bacon (sorry didn't have apple-smoked bacon) was the crowning glory!
The bacon was wonderful, but the meatloaf itself needed spicing up. Maybe onions, garlic, sage, or even BBQ sauce? I have other recipes I like better, so I won't try this again.
