This is a very flavorful pasta salad. The crisp cooked bacon really adds a nice flavor. I get requests for this pasta salad for every get together and cook out.

How could something so tiny be so good. But the peas in this layered salad have a bit of help. There 's also crumbled bacon, Romaine lettuce, Cheddar cheese, sliced hard-boiled eggs, and a sweetened mayonnaise sauce. Chill and serve to eight.

Cashews and crumbled bacon make the crunch in this wonderful salad. If you make it in the summer and have fresh-from-the-garden peas, great, but frozen peas are super too. Peas, celery and chopped green scallions are folded into sour cream and then topped with the cashews and the bacon.

Kidney beans, cabbage, and bacon are a great combination of flavors and textures. This crowd-pleasing salad brings them together with a creamy vinaigrette dressing.

An easy, no-cook, unique pea salad flavored with curry and dill. It tastes great with sandwiches, salads, or other cold dishes. Be careful, it's addictive! Serve it once and requests for it will never end.

Pickles seem to work wonders for this simple salad. Sweet pickles are mixed in with the peas and other salad ingredients, and pickle juice is mixed into the dressing.
