really good. i changed this recipe alot so i almost didnt review it but thought i should share the bacon/mayo/ranch/ seasoning are all the right ratios. didnt use shredded cheese but coarse chopped some block cheddar and i added tomatoes and onions cause i had some to use up. i used pencil point pasta ( again some i had to use up) it came out really nice and creamy and better than expected as i was looking forward to using another kind of dressing only to discover someone used the last of what i had. i will totally make this again.

This was a good and easy salad however it didn't seem to be the hit I was hoping for. The day after, it seemed to taste too similar to the Suddenly Salad Mix.

This was a very simple pasta salad to make. I used halved grape tomatoes instead of a regular tomato. I omitted the olives and the cheese.

I didn't get the chance to let this sit, so I'm betting it will be better once it does. However, at the moment it tastes a bit too mayonaise-y for me. Bf thought it was fine. I don't have olives (I'm going to have to remedy that ASAP!) so I didn't put them in. Instead, I used kidney beans, which added protein (great bc this was dinner for us tonight) and color. I think it definitely needs those olives, though. I used the rest of my whole wheat rotini but didn't have 12 ounces so I supplemented with cheese tortellini. Worked pretty well. thanks for the recipe!

The olives were overpowering, if I make again I will definately omit, hoping it would taste much better without.

I'm not sure why, but we really didn't care for this. I like all of the ingredients that go in it but it seemed very dry to me. Was worth a try, though!

This is great. But I use grape tomatoes instead of chopped tomatoes. And I add a seeded and chopped cucumber and a shredded carrot to make it a little healthier. Instead of frying bacon I use the package of bacon bits - the real kind. I can make it in 30 minutes including cleanup.

although i'm not a huge pasta salad fan, this was excellent. i substituted ranch dressing and cut back on the mayo. i also added 1/2 tsp of ground mustard for a little extra tang.

I really liked this salad and my husband absolutely loved it. I used ranch dressing (couldn't find the mix at my store) and whole wheat pasta. I also added some green onion. Very delicious!

Everyone else loved this, so I am giving it 4 stars. I didn't like the black olives in this though. It added weird flavor. I think if you left the olives out, this would be a winner!

I love, love this pasta salad. I tend to leave out the olives and tomatoes. It is so easy as a make-ahead dish and I just use a little splash of milk the next day to get it ready for serving. What a crowd pleaser!

Much like my old standby "Suddenly Salad," but SO much better with fresh ingredients! Make the equivalent of two boxes of salad mix. Very tasty... no changes to suggest.

Very good! I made this to take to a luncheon at church. The chopped fresh veggies in with the pasta definitely enhanced the taste and I love the color they added to the dish.I made packaged Hidden Valley dressing mix and it was great. Will definitely keep this recipe to use again.

This was very easy...and very tasty. I forgot to add the cheese...and it still was yummy. (I'm seriously asking myself how one forgets to add cheese???) I may use a bit more ranch seasoning next time....and remember the cheese!!!
