This was so easy to make!! I added one extra egg, sprinkled some green onions for garnish in the last 10 minutes of cooking, and used maple flavored bacon. Yummy! I also baked it in my convection oven and didn't heat up my house in the Arizona heat!

I thought this was really good- my husband didnt care for it, but I think I would have added some seasoning or cheese or something to the egg mixture as it was a tiny bit bland. Overall I liked it though and would probably make again.

This was a very good quiche. Very nice and simple.You don't hav to use 8 strands of bacon 6 is enough I reckon. My family and I loved this recipe this is my second time making it.I will definetly make this again:D

I thought this was excellent for being so quick and easy. I am sure there are more "gourmet" quiche recipes and this was my first attempt at any kind of quiche, but I couldn't ask for a better recipe for a quick dinner. I did add an additional egg and some onion. I used part heavy cream and part skim milk to because I needed to use the cream and it worked out just fine. Thanks for a yummy, easy recipe idea. I needed some change! Oh, and bacon is usually pretty salty so adding additional salt is not necessary. I did make that mistake and should have followed the recipe on that one.
