This turned out great! Used 1 extra egg only to use up what I had on hand. Next time I will add a little more hash browns and some extra bacon, but otherwise YUM!

Pretty good! Just add a little salt/pepper and it is a filling meal.

This was great! I served it at church for a special speaker and everyone raved about it. The speaker's wife actually asked for the recipe.

Made this when we had family over for brunch. Everyone loved this and nobody could believe how easy it was. I ended up making several copies of the recipe for people. Next time I will add a little bit of salt to the eggs, and use sharp cheddar instead of mild. This would be excellent served with salsa or hollandaise sauce.

Excellent flavor and mildness, just what I was looking for. I used reduced fat crescent rolls, Hormel real bacon bits and 50% fat Cabot cheddar cheese. I also used 2 eggs & 2 eggs equivalent of Egg Beaters plus 2 tbls of fat free half-and-half. Yummo and will be making again regularly. I was unsure about whether to use the potatoes frozen or thawed so I did them slightly thawed. Worked out perfect.

I made this on Christmas morning and the whole family just loved it. The only change I made was adding some finely green and red pepper to keep with the colours of the season. This was quick, easy and tasted great. A perfect combination for such a hectic time of year.

My husband liked it, I thought it was okay but the kids didn't like it at all. Easy to make but not a hit at our house.

This was good, but it was a little bland. Couldn't really taste the hash browns either. My toddler son LOVED it though, and anything that's not not junk food that this picky kid enjoys gets a high rating from me.

Both my son and I felt that this needed something....as it was rather bland. Maybe sausage or salsa would spice things up a bit. It is an extremely easy dish to throw together.

We really like this recipe! I had to use 8 eggs to cover all of the dish, otherwise some of it didn't have any egg on it. I used cheddar cheese instead of parmesan, and used canned potatoes instead of frozen hash browns. I used low-fat crescent rolls. It tasted great!

This was very tasty - the crust is what makes this pizza! I think I had too much egg in one spot as I had trouble cooking it in the middle, but nothing the microwave couldn't solve. It was even good reheated :)

This is a very nice brunch type food. I used the basic ingredients and added more of everything, including an extra egg. Also added chopped fresh onion. I baked mine at 350 degrees for just about 30 minutes as I was also baking something else at the same temperature.

The kids loved it, hubby and I thought it was OK. At 30 minutes, the outside was getting extremely crispy, but the middle still hadn't set, so I pulled it out and we just ate the outside. I don't think the potatoes added much to the dish.
