So good. A little more work than the average meatloaf, but worth it in the end. I just added a little salt and pepper and about a tsp of worcestershire and used seasoned bread crumbs since I didn't have cornflakes and it turned out great. I sprinkled some fresh mushrooms on the top with the bacon and cheese, and I served it with a brown gravy from a packet, substituting half the water for evaporated milk. Delish.
