This was very good :)but, I made a few changes, which I don't believe alter the original recipe. First off, I used 2 lbs of ground beef. So I used a few extra mushrooms, swiss cheese, and bacon. I wasn't too sure about the cornflakes, so I didn't add them. I used a cup of bread crumbs instead. I added Worcestershire sauce to the onions and mushrooms when they were almost done cooking. I used 2 eggs since I was using more ground beef. I added 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, dash of salt and pepper, and a few shakes of paprika. My meatloaf turned out great! I actually had 2 small meatloafs, which I baked side by side in one large casserole dish. I covered with foil for the 1st 30 min, per other reviews, and then continued baking 30 more min uncovered. Topped with more cheese and bacon and put back in the oven for 5 min. I cooked this for my dad and he loved it. But I can imagine that without the extra spicies, it might've turned out just a little bland. But I really enjoyed this one. Thanks!
