Very good. Accidentally left out onion (I usually put onion in EVERYTHING!), left out olives on purpose. Instead of mayo use 1/2 cup margarine and 1/2 cup sour cream. Also added some shredded cheddar on top in addition to the american cheese I mixed in.

New favorite, great recipe. I did leave out the onion because my husband wouldn't eat it if I put them in and I didn't have any olives. I also mixed in the bacon as well as left it on top, yummy!

This is VERY good. I used red potatoes instead, only used 1/2 lb of American cheese, and added a couple hand full’s of sliced jalapenos (diced). Once the dish was warmed through, I added some mozzarella cheese on top and baked for an additional 10 minutes.

These potatoes are quite good. I used 8 large size potatoes and added salt and pepper. I thought they were a bit dry but I think it was because of the large potatoes. Next time I will use less potatoes and try chedder cheese cubes or crumbles instead of the processed cheese.

Made these for Easter, everyone loved them, even kids. didn't have to change a thing other than I cut my potatoes up before cooking them, then they were ready to mix immediatly after cooking. What a wonderful new recipe for anyones recipe box...it's a keeper for us & others who requested it. Thank you!!!!

Great Recipe.... I made a snappy variation for those of you whole like a little heat. I used Velveeta Pepper Jack Cheese and this went over really well with my family.

I made this recipe on Christmas day to go with brunch. I used red potatoes, skin on, followed the recipe otherwise and topped with bacon and scallions. Very delicious!! Everyone raved about them. Thanks for a great recipe!

Very good. Although I did use sour cream instead of mayo, added salt and pepper and did not use paprika.
