EXCELLENT ! Next time I will omit the 2 T. butter, since I greased my baking dish with butter and it was a tad too rich. The last helping in the dish I put between 2 slices of toast on the third day and what do you know ? It was the tastiest this way !!!! It will be one of my favorite recipes to make from now on.

My family & I really enjoy this frittata. This is the first frittata i've made and I love how simple it is. Makes a great 'breakfast for dinner' meal.

This was excellent! I added two more eggs and a touch more milk, because I had a bigger dish. First time ever making a frittata. I have mede quiches and this is just so yum. I have it for dinner and breakfast. It is a must have, so quick and easy. I added some sliced tomatoes to the top and sprinkle a lil more cheese on top and broil until browned.

made this today with my neice for brunch, wow we really enjoyed it. I did add more cheese to it as well as i used dried minced onions as I didn't have any green onions, did it ever give it a nice flavor. Think next time I will only add the amount of cheese that the recipe calls for as i found it a bit greasy, it did bake longer as well but that could be because i did use a 8x8 pan instead of a 11x7 one but will make this again. works really well using ham instead of bacon mine was still frozen thanks

I gave this a three stars because it was really thin with just 6 eggs and my husband was pretty disappointed in it. The only change I made was I sauteed some white onion to use instead of the green onions.

Really good and easy to make - I didn't have onions which would have made it even better. I think next time I will use a little less butter though.

This was very good... my husband said it was even better the next day. I left out the green onions because I didn't have any on hand and added cooked sausage links (chopped). Served w/ biscuits and honey.

Great easy recipe. I used cooked sausage instead of bacon and even tried it without meat...it's great either way.

The great thing about a recipe like this is that you can add whatever you like best. I made this for dinner the other night and added some chopped potatoes I had boiled earlier. My husband and I really enjoyed this, and the leftovers were even tastier.

I loved it! Even my teenage daughter liked this one. I used diced ham instead of bacon, added some chopped green peppers and topped with a dallop of sour cream and a little hot sauce. I also used a cast iron skillet. Everyone was asking for more.

I've made this twice for dinner, and each time the kids can't wait for me to make it again. The only additions I make are 1 teaspoon of dried minced onion, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 cup of baby spinach and I double the bacon. A delicious and flavorful alternative to the same old dinners.

This was fantastic. I needed a few more eggs in order to fill up my 9x11 pan and added a lot more bacon and cheese than it called for originally. Everyone loved it and it was even better the next day. I can't wait to try this again!

Very easy and good. I made this with turkey bacon and 2% cheddar cheese (to cut down on the fat due to DH cholesterol). It was delicious but a little on the salty side. I think next time I will use only half the salt suggested. Otherwise this is perfect.
