Very good after I made a couple adjustments. I added a little bit of finely choppedd white onion and I used bacon bits b/c it was a lot easier. My family really liked them!! They said it was a nice change to the typical deviled eggs. I also used light mayo ot lighten it up a little and reduced fat cheese.

the texture of the bacon is a nice change . . gives the dish a more rustic feel. . .a little more flavor too . .we like it and would make it again!

This was good. I never thought of adding bacon to devil eggs. The cheese was also a nice touch. The only thing I did differently was I added paprika on top.

This is unique and everyone loves it. My husband asks for it often. Having guests for dinner tonight and they are doing low carb so this is definately on the meneu!!

I would maybe add a bit more cheddar next time, but other than that these were a wonderful change of pace. Didn't knock our socks off or anything, but we all agreed they were great for a change. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
