I took this to a potluck at church. Even though there was another salad that looked very similar, mine went way faster as people were coming back for seconds. Very delicious and easy to make. Like coleslaw it seemed to taste better when it was in the fridge marinating for awhile.

Due to food allergies, I omited sunflower seeds, but this is a wonderful salad anyway! Even my picky husband liked it. Definitely will make again!

i have been looking for this recipe for awhile and was glad to finally found it. However, i reduced the serving size and i thought that the recipe was a little sweet. i also added some red onion to mine. the next time i make it maybe add a little more brocolil and less sugar, other than that it was great and will make again

I don't use the sunflower seeds, and have changed the raisins to cranrasins and that is wonderful. My sister in law ven puts in a few dry roasted peanuts just before serving.

I favorite recipe my grandma use to make! To make this a little healthier I like to increase the broccoli to around 3 cups, use 5 strips of bacon and light Miracle Whip. Yum!
