This was a quick and easy recipe and tasted great. I had to substitute regular carrots cup up in smaller pieces and I had to substitute some seasonings(garlic salt, seasoning salt, onion powder, and little garlic blend) in place of the Nature's Seasoning Blend. I baked for about 15 minutes and it was perfect.

Simple and delicious. I sliced up whole carrots since I didn't have any baby carrots on hand. I also used only 1/4 tsp pepper, since my Nature's Seasoning already had a lot of pepper in it. Great recipe-- thanks!

Hard to rate since I, too, didn't have the exact seasonings, but I followed the method of the recipe and it was good. I didn't have baby carrots, so I just peeled and cut regular ones down to baby carrot size and boiled for 5 min. I used a drizzle of oil and about a teaspoon of Seasoned Salt, as well as a sprinkling of black pepper. Baked for a total of about 15 min to get the broccoli firm-tender. It was good! My husband and daughters liked it, too!

I like the concept and the idea. I can't really comment on the flavor so much bc I don't have the specific seasoning blend it's calling for. However, I got some help from an AR recipe exchanger and she told me what's in the seasoning--onion, garlic, salt, pepper and other spices--so me being the rebellious cook I tossed in those spices plus some seasoned salt. I also didn't have broccoli so I added baked potatoes that I microwaved to done and then sliced to be approximately the same size as broccoli. I got very distracted and ended up baking the mixture much longer than recommended--probably about 25 minutes, and the potatoes got crispy and yummy. I actually put it back in the oven to crisp them more! I'm not sure I would like crispy broccoli though. I agree with the other reviewer who said the carrots were too crispy--I steamed mine until they were soft--just not a big fan of crispy baked carrots. But otherwise a solid recipe that you can (clearly) play with. Thanks for the recipe!

I made this as a side dish for Thanksgiving. It went over alright, however I do not like my carrots that crunchy. I think next time I will allow the carrots to bake a bit longer.

I don't like broccoli very much but I didn't mind this one. I didn't like the carrots though. I will probably make the broccoli again and leave out the carrots
