This moist oil-based cake uses baby food jars of strained carrots in lieu of grated fresh carrot creating a more even texture and a diminished flavor of carrot. The fool proof cream cheese frosting is the perfect match for these bars.

Pumpkin, shreds of carrot and brown sugar make a moist, chewy bar just right for the holiday table. Finished with a cream cheese topping, they make a pretty sight for any occasion.

This makes a great dessert to bring to a potluck. I've brought it to several and there never is any leftovers.

These taste amazingly like the ones we use to make sitting by the fire. You could use chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate) instead of the chocolate bar.

This recipe is a sweet and tasty cookie that you can take to parties, bake for home, or give as a gift. The carrot brings out the color in the cookies to turn to an ivory-orange color, beautiful!
