Rib's are my husbands favorite food, My very first time making them was a disaster!!! All you could do was lick the BBQ sauce off, That was 21yrs ago when we first got married I had never attempted them again until my husband suggested I try again!!!! I began looking for recipe's I had even watched some video's on youtube. And then I came across your recipe ( I would Say Technique, Not recipe) But anyway It was AMAZING my husband loved them they fell right off the bone and I had plenty left so I reheated them and took my 75yr old father (With denture's) some the next day. He is still raving about them!! I was shocked at how tender they were after reheating. Now my (7) sister's want to know how I made them, But I think I will keep this one to myself. Thank's So Much!!!!!!!

These turned out great. I have never made ribs before. Didn't know how I was suppose to remove the membrane and had a little trouble at first, but then got it! This recipe didn't have a lot of detail, but after reading a lot of the reviews I found the tips needed to complete the recipe! Thanks to everyone for sharing!

These were so good. They were as good, if not better than what I get at a restaurant. I only marinated for about 3 hours. I did put them under the broiler for a few minutes after baking for 3 hours. Next time I will try a dry rub on them.

These ribs are soooo easy and soooo good too! I also drain the excess liquid after baking, reglaze with additional BBQ sauce and broil for a few minutes to carmelize. Always a hit at my house and especially for football parties.

Awesome. Super easy to make and sooo tender. I seasoned the ribs with some salt/perrper/garlic, and basted them with Stubbs BBQ Sauce. I also threw in a few baked potatoes when I put the ribs in the oven and they cooked perfectly. The timing was perfect for the potatoes and the ribs to be finished at the same time. Super easy to make, and very tasty.

Followed the advice of the other reviewers by adding a rub and baking without the bbq sauce. After 2.5 hours, I basted with Sweet Baby Ray's bbq sauce and broiled the ribs for about 10 minutes. DELICIOUS! My family loved them!

WOW!! Thats all I can say -- These ribs were absoultey delicious. I followed the recipe but added a dry rub to season the ribs a little bit more. I added garlic powder, salt, pepper. I cooked them just as it says but then did take the advice of other reviews to add more BBQ sauce on towards the end and broil for about 15 minutes. They were soooo tasty I was very impressed :) Will def make them again!!

Perfect ribs! I did three racks cut into six portions, wrapping them in foil after rubbing with a brown sugar/cayenne pepper mixture. After letting the ribs refrigerate in the rub for a few hours, I baked them in the foil on a baking pan @ 300 for 2hrs 40mins. I unwrapped the packets, basted with Famous Dave's Sweet and Sassy sauce and broiled for about 6 minutes. Better than any restaurant!

These were awesome! My husband cooked them. He was going to put the bar-b-que sauce at the end, but they were perfect dry. We bought them alredy seasoned, so he did not have to do anything, except put them in the oven. I think I will him make them often!

Fantastic restaurant-quality ribs! I didn't have time to marinate them so I just brushed on the sauce and put them in the oven. At the very end I unwrapped them, brushed on more sauce and turned on the broiler for about 3 minutes to carmelize them. They were amazing, tender, succulent, fall-off-the-bone deliciousness!!! My whole family gobbled them up.

This "recipe" did produce fall off the bone tender ribs. The bones literally fell out of the meat when I took them out of the foil to broil them. I think you should definately finish them under the broiler. Also I did not marinate over night, simply b/c I misread the directions. I did however marinate them in "dry rub for ribs" from this site, over night. Then added sauce. This will be my go to method for ribs.

OMG!!! This was my very first time making ribs and I was skeptical about it at first but the recipe had so many great reviews I just had to try it out.I used a pork rub and added brown sugar to it before putting on Sweet Baby Ray's barbeque sauce and I marinated it overnight in foil. I followed the advice of others and after baking them for 2 1/2 hours I broiled them about six minutes on each side to get the "caramelized" effect .To say that these ribs were just "good" would be an understatement. They were impeccable!!! Thanks Ken!!!

FABULOUS!!!! Made these for New Year's Eve dinner and they turned out perfect. As suggested by others, the only addition I made was to broil the ribs for a few minutes before serving, which made them just like from a resturant. I will definitely make these again and again. Thanks for a great recipe!!

Fantastic! I didn't get the chance to marinate these at all, but they were still great and fell right off the bone. I seasoned them to my own taste and used "Famous Dave's Rich & Sassy" BBQ sauce (THE best sauce EVER in my humble opinion) When they were done I placed them on a new sheet of foil, added more sauce and put them under the broiler for just under 10 min. I served them with baked beans, mashed red potatoes and cheddar biscuits... Heaven!
