Thanks a lot for your cooking instruction - I had never cooked ribs at home before and was quite anxious about it, but they turned out great.

I've been cooking ribs for like 20 years and I must say this was more then amazing. I mixed up my own dry rub, used Sweet baby ray's BBQ sauce because i was lazy " sorry " I let the ribs sit in the fridge for 90 min before cooking, took them out of the foil after 2 1/2 hours and cooked with the oven grill for 10 min. We we're 4 people eating and everyone was LOVING the ribs. My search for the best ribs is over. No wit's just about making different flavors :) Thanks, Mike

I added in black pepper with some red wine or sherry. Then, I marinated it with the BBQ sauce and let it stands in the fridge for more than 16 hours. The meat turned out to be tender, even, my friends commented that it tastes like chicken.

This is the only way I fix my baby back ribs now. After they come out of the oven, I'll broil them for about 5 minutes for the charred flavor/look.Wonderful recipe. Thanks

These where fall off the bone good. Very simple recipe with great results. I did take anothers reveiwers idea to broil them for a little color, it works., but I just couldn't flip them to do the other side, because they were going to fall apart.LOL. Great winter ribs!!

Holy Cow! These are some wonderful ribs! I used the dry rub suggested by Cathy M. My husband LOVED them. And being from the deep South, we've had a rib or two in our day. Great recipe!

So easy and so yummy. I rub spices on my ribs first, then BBQ sauce. Falls of the bone and loaded with taste!

These ribs definitely need a rub before the BBQ sauce is added. They really weren't all that tender, and I cooked them as the recipe stated...except for putting them on the grill for that last few minutes. The meat was fairly bland, but we were able to drown them in BBQ sauce. Will try again but with a rub.

I have made this recipe several times. My husband and son now say they'll never order ribs again in a restaurant since eating these. I follow the recipe andhowever at the end of cooking I do open the foil and add additional sauce and then broil them so the sauce gets nice and sticky....but even if you don't do this, the ribs still are awesome! Making ribs used to intimidate me somewhat but now using this method it's super simple and the ribs turn out great every time.

Firstly, as others have stated this is more of a method than recipe. With that said these are by far the best I have ever eaten or cooked. The meat just "fell off the bones" doesn't describe the tenderness of these ribs. The bones just pulled clean of the meat for me. I used some commercial dry rub and commercial store brand sauce to marinade these in overnight. And as others did I broiled mine for a couple of minutes just to get the sauce "sticky". I will be making these again and I won't be making them any other way ever again. Thanks for sharing. I would have taken a picture to upload, but they didn't last long enough to get a shot.

My Hubby has handed me the reigns... His famous rib recipe? Boiling, marinating, grilling, etc., This recipe? Easy peasy and better than his - hands down. I used Sweet Baby Rays sauce. But the ribs I used made a difference too. I was using the ribs from costco (3 slabs to a vacuum pack) and it was great...until I bought a Farmer John's baby back slab at the market and it was tastier, more juicy and believe it or not MORE Tender (and pricier). btw, as recommended by others, I did a quick rub before the baking and broiled the sauce at the end. This is one of those recipes where you gotta have just one more rib.

Ok, I just made these for the very first time! I did remove the back membrane off like other reviews suggested, however, I did also use a rub that I had made and used the sweet baby rays bbq sauce as well. My Husband loves them, in fact I have made them twice this week! 300 degrees and for 2 hrs. and 40 min. I also wanted to share the most important part that is not part of this recipe....That is to Broil the ribs without the foil, on a cookie sheet after they have been baked. Broil for exactly 9 min. My husband has been bragging about them all week long! I am very picky about ribs...I think that is why I never made them (the fear of not liking them and wasting them.) I think that this is one of my top 10 favorite meals to make! Easy clean~up and not much work to them! Thank you for the recipe, but more importantly all of the reviewers that made such wonderful suggestions that takes this original recipe to a whole other level. I will make this often! Thank you!

This is a great way to cook ribs in the oven with a very easy clean up. I like the fact that you can use your favorite sauce whether it is homemade or store bought. I always thought I had to go out to eat to enjoy ribs but not anymore. Thanks for the wonderful recipe
