I used Jack Daniel's BBQ Sauce, marinated the ribs overnight, and cooked them as directed. They were very delicious! My first time cooking ribs.

My first experience w/ making ribs & I was very impressed. I followed the directions exactly. I used the rub, as recommended & at the end of cooking put the oven on broil & basted each side w/ bbq sauce. These were definitely restaurant style. Thanks for posting this!

Best ribs that I have ever made. Very easy to make, too. I took another reviewers suggestion--to marinate overnight with a dry rub, then apply a coat of bbq sauce before going into the oven. The ribs came out so tender, juicy and flavorful. It really made me feel like a Kansas City bbq chef.

I made this for New Year's Day dinner and what a hit! My father in law couldn't stop talking about them. I used the rub that Cathy M. suggested and was not disappointed. They got a little charred on the grill but turns out everyone liked it that way (they spent 5 minutes per side on a hot grill). Will be making this again and again.

I registered just to say a big thank you to the person who posted this. Cooking the ribs at 300 degrees in the tin foil is such an easy trick to reproduce that restaurant quality fall-off-the-bone tenderness that even I couldn't screw it up! I pulled off the membrane on my ribs and basted both sides with bbq sauce. I completely skipped the marination step so the tenderness of the meat is really due the cooking style. Like others, I broiled the ribs meat side up with extra sauce on top after the ribs finished baking in the oven. Thanks a million!

Very, very good. Use your favorite bbq sauce. We like to throw on the grill for just a quick sear at the end before serving.

These were the best ribs I have ever made! I did rub some seasoning and EVOO onto the ribs in addition to the barbecue sauce. The ribs literally fell of the bone. My family and I enjoyed these for Christmas. My husband loved them and he doesn't even like ribs as much as I do. We are planning on making them next week. Thanks for this very simple recipe. This is the third time that I have made these ribs and I did not have time to marinate them so I just rubbed beef seasoning, EVOO, and poured the BBQ sauce on them and place them in the oven. The ribs still turned out amazing!

Whether you want to call this a recipe or not who cares! You could go the extra mile if you chose and make your own rub and your own bbq sauce. I think that would be fine also. But, I have made this twice using a very good commercial bbq sauce. The first time I used a rub, this last time I didn't it is good both ways. I think the ease of this recipe out weighs squabbling about its difficulty. I think its fabulous that it is so easy. Sometimes you just want to eat something really tasty and really easy and this is that. I threw in baked potatoes in the oven and cooked some veggies. I didn't do anything more than add a bit more sauce on these (sauce was room temp) when they came out. My family really enjoyed this.

I'm 52 yrs old and had never made ribs before. I followed this recipe and had some of the best-tasting, most tender ribs I've ever eaten. Hubby STILL wants more. (I rubbed a little ground mustard front and back prior to marinating.) Thank you for a wonderful recipe!

These ribs are excellent and so easy to make. Like previous reviewers, I put a brown sugar rub on the ribs, coat them with Sweet Baby Ray's, and let them sit overnight in foil. Then I bake them as the recipe calls for. I'll let them sit in the foil until I'm ready to grill them. Then I'll put them on the grill to get them hot and a little crispy, and I'll put more Sweet Baby Ray's on them.

Absolutely delicious! The meat was falling off the bone and was so moist. Would definetly recommend grilling for a few minutes with extra sauce to form the sticky crust. Fabulous!

I'm a beginner when it comes to cooking but I love to eat. These were by far some of the best ribs I've tried. They were cooked perfectly. I surprised myself. It was quick and it was easy, and I would recommend this to bachelors everywhere!
