Thanks Amber for your recipe. I loved it! I did not change a thing and I'm glad that I didn't. Very tasteful and the meat was falling from the bones. Very moist and yummy, the papaya I used for the sauce wasn't good enough,but worked well at the end. Thanks for sharing and I will be making again. :0)
