I didn't use a whole pound of bacon, just half of the package that was left after I made meatloaf. I used a mixture of fat free sour cream and lowfat mayonnaise and a spring green mix. We all enjoyed this a lot, especially my oldest who has a real thing for bacon. He takes after his mother. ;) Next time, I think I'd just use a homemade ranch dressing.

I took this to a friend's party and the bowl was scraped clean. I forgot to add the croutons, but I made it again and I added cubed toast and it was excellent.

yum! Needs double the bacon. I used light sour cream instead of mayo, and it was delicious. Next time I'll add sliced boiled eggs for more protein.

Dressing was a little too garlicky for us. My daughter said it actually burned her mouth! Very yummy though. Will definitely make again, only next time, will only use 1/2 tsp garlic powder.
