I made this the other day for something different for my boyfriend and me (both salad lovers).
WOW! This is just soo amazingly good. The only thing I did different was I made my own mayo (as I always do for a dressing). And, yes, this is best eaten right after it is made because it does wilt fast. Am going to try adding some marinated grilled flank steak (thinly sliced) and eat it as a main course. I already know it's going to be good. Thank you for the great recipe!
