This was very easy to make but next time I will cut down the amount of the mayonnaise. The mayo overpowered the flavor of the bacon & tomato.

i have been making this for years except to save time I buy the bacon bits in the jar (Oscar Myers).. Never any left. If I don;t have time to toast the bread - I get the miniture party loaf bread ..

One word...DELICIOUS. Easy to make, I suggest you use precooked bacon and save your self a step. I tried this on a whim a few weeks ago and have made it 3 times. Everyone loves it, tastes just like a blt!!!

This is the best dip. I took it to a family function and it was the first thing gone. I will absolutely make this again and again. I just wish it wasn't so fattening!

This is always a hit when I make it. After I cut up the tomatoes I lay them on a couple of paper towels to get rid of the juice. I also add about 1/4 cup of shredded chedar cheese for color.

Served this over a bed of shredded lettuce for my daughters birthday party along with melba toast and ruffles. Used bacon in the jar. Quick & easy, but yet so tasty! Will make this again.

WOW! Very easy and tasty... I added a bit of finely chopped red onion, chives and shredded cheese (Mexican blend) and some shredded lettuce to give that BLT taste I like. To make sure the flavors had a chance to mix well I made this the night before the Super Bowl with everything minus the tomatoes & lettuce, those I added the morning of. I served in a bread bowl and left the pieces of bread out for my guest to use, it was a SUPER HIT.... Thanks for sharing...

This was the hit at our football party today. I did bake the bacon at 375 for about 15 minutes, which is a great trick and saves such time on cleanup. One of our friends had taken the pretty much empty bowl back to his seat by the end of the game!I just wish I would have doubled the recipe! Awesome recipe.

I took this dish to a family Christmas get-together...it was a huge hit! I served the dip in a bread bowl(recipe off this site), which made a nice presentation. I did cut the amount of bacon down, but next time I'll add the whole amount. I waited until serving to add the tomatoes. Fantastic recipe! Thanks for sharing.

I whipped this up real fast for a party last week and it was a huge hit. I wasn't so sure about it at first but it will now be a staple at cookouts and parties at my house. It's super simple and fast- minus stinking your house up with all that bacon frying!

I had to give this 3 stars. It is a very good dip, but even with the low sodium bacon, it was to salty for us. Everyone else loved it! Thank you

I have made this receipe twice, and both times it was the first thing gone! My sister in law is also now making it to rave reviews. After reading some of the reviews, I can tell you that I just microwave the bacon or buy the real bacon bits. Both work! Also, it is a must that you use a REAL tomato, not canned. I will continue making this over and over! DELICIOUS!!!!

I made this dip for a dinner I hosted last night and it wasn't received very well. Initially I cut the recipe in half, added all the ingredients and tasted it and all I could taste is mayonnaise! Needless to say, I ended up doubling the amount of sour cream and I reduced the amount of bacon as I felt it was just too much. In the end, it wasn't really our cup of tea; only a few people tried it and they didn't go back for seconds! :(
