I make this ALL the time. Any time we have a function at work, my job is to bring this. I cook the bacon on a foil lined sheet pan in the oven at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes. It make it so easy.

This recipe is good, but it does need some additional flavor and time to let the flavors meld. I added two chopped green onions, garlic powder, and some dry ranch dressing mix. When I tested it immediately after mixing, I couldn't taste much of the bacon. After letting it sit in the fridge for an hour- it tastes much better. We served this with cocktail pumpernickel bread.

This was delicious but I am going to use less mayo next time. My husband took it to work and they loved it.

This one is a big hit with all my friends. Instead of cooking the bacon in a skillet, I bake it in the oven at 400 degrees for about 20mins. Also because i'm really bad a cutting tomatoes and not making a mess, I buy the containers of already cut up tomatoes in the produce department. I serve the dip with wheat thins which really bring out the flavor.

Used base recipe with a few additives as suggested by others. This includes: full container of whipped cream cheese, liquid hickory smoke, and chives. Bacon was also done in the oven, and generously peppered beforehand. Garnished with fresh bacon crumbles, pimentos, chives and fresh ground pepper. At the party, this dish always had the most attention, while it lasted.

I love this recipe and so does everyone who's eaten it. I like to add salt and pepper to taste, and so garlic powder. Tastes great with plain old Ritz crackers.

This was just OK... probably would not make it again. I've tried it twice. The first time with reduced fat mayo (that was all I had). I am NOT rating this based on that. I hate it when someone rates a recipe based on the changes they made! Rate the original recipe! So the second time I did use original Hellman's mayo and I still wasn't that fond of the dip.

Awesome recipe! I made this for an election night party and it was a HUGE hit! I took others suggestions and used 1/2c each of hellman's lite mayo and miracle whip lite, 1c lite sour cream, 1/2pkt of Hidden Valley ranch dressing powder, diced 3 roma tomatoes and baked 3/4lb of bacon @ 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Added the bacon and let the mixture sit in the fridge. Just before serving I added the tomatoes. I wanted to lick the bowl clean when everyone left. Again, AWESOME!!!
