Amazing! I added a green onion for color and a little bit of extra flavor, but the recipe was a five-star as is. =) I used fat-free sour cream and fat-free mayo. My boyfriend couldn't tell that they were fat-free and he loved it!

This is great. A twist to it is use miracle whip instead of mayo and add a little more bacon for more flavor. ALos use grape or cherry tomatoes because they ALWAYS have the good tomato flavor. Dip with cucumber slices for a great taste.

This was Yummmmmmy and I don't normally eat raw tomatoes. I used this as another topping on some twice baked potatoes from this site and it was outstanding. I will definitely make this again. Bacon always makes things better!

So easy and so good! I did what another reviewer recommended which was cutting up the tomatoes and putting them in the fridge wrapped in paper towels. It really helped with getting the liquid out. If you put the bacon in a COLD oven (not preheated), the bacon wont splatter. I cook it at 350 degrees for 30-45min.

This was a hit at my daughter's first birthday. I cut up the tomato the night before and let it drain on a paper towel in a container htat I placed int eh fridge. I mixed 3/4 of the bacon and 1/4 cup of green onion into the mayo/sourcream mixture and put it into the fridge overnight. Before serving, I mixed in 3/4 of the tomatoes and topped with the remaining tomatoes, bacon, and a little green onion. It didn't "WOW" me, like a another reviwer stated, but it was good none the less. It well received by the majority of the guests. I mean it has bacon...how could it be bad????

Tasty but it didn't WOW me like my husband. I think its more of a guy dip though. Next time I'll add some green onions to it.

This was an ENORMOUS hit at my party last night--everyone just raved and raved about it and they all wanted the recipe. It really did taste just like a BLT! I made real bacon and let it meld in the fridge with the mayo/sour cream for a couple hours, then added in the tomato (which I did drain on paper towels as per others suggestions) and served. Since one of my biggest questions was what to serve it with, I will share that I served it in a toasted bread bowl, but thought it was more amazing with celery and cauliflower and fritos scoops, so I would skip the bread next time. Great recipe!!!

Good, but can be made great with more bacon & less sour cream. Maybe add a little non-fat cream cheese to thicken it, while not adding more fat to an already VERY fat-laden dip. Do NOT add salt, as the bacon already makes this rather salty. The lettuce is a must, for the color, the taste, the nutrition, & the "L" in BLT!

Just ok. Followed recipe to exact instructions. Tasted like flavored mayo to me. Needs some green onion or chives perhaps.

I made this for our company luncheon. Let's just say it is only 9 am it is already half way gone ~ I have gotten so many rave reviews and requests for the recipe!!! I did double the recipe, only used 1 1/2 cups of mayo since some had mentioned too strong of a mayo taste. Added 2 - 8 oz. packages of cream cheese and added some dry ranch seasoning. Too coin a phrase from Rachael Ray...YUMMO!
