Very good salad. The only changes I made was to use reduced fat mayo in the dressing and halve the recipe because there were just 2 of us. We had the salad for dinner and ate the whole thing! Thanks so much for the post.

DELICIOUS! I grilled a whole boneless chicken breast that I pounded thin and liberally seasoned with Montreal Chicken seasoning. Let it cool, then cubed and tossed with other ingredients. For ease of preparation I used the precooked, crumbled bacon by Hormel and diced up grape tomatoes instead. Also added large crunchy croutons. This is a keeper!

This was really good. I didn't have any lemon juice so I subbed white wine, but I'm sure it would have been even better with lemon juice.

Ate as sandwich rather than salad. Used sweet onion, and added a little shredded mozzarella. Was great, I'll make it again! Thanks

I make this salad all the time! It's wonderful and filling. Make the dressing in advance when possible to let the flavors meld. I've mixed and matched all kinds of different salad fixin's like carrots, olives, peppers, etc...grilling the chicken makes it even better!

This was a really simple and quick meal! I had leftover BBQ chicken and this called for two of my husband's favorite things - bacon and hard boiled eggs. Well, this salad was delicious and the dressing was really good. I added some cucumber slices, thin sliced red onion and topped it with herbed croutons.

We all loved this salad! I used vegetarian "chicken" strips and grape tomatoes instead of large ones. This was a very flavorful salad!
