excellent recipe.....
I modified it by mother's standards, use what you you have and improvise! ADD!
I used the 350degree recipe for first
2 hours, then 250 for an additional 30
minutes.
I also used a cheap bottle of yuck bbq
sauce I had left looking lonely in the fridge, added 1oz of liquid smoke, 1tbs
brown (not packed) sugar, and shook the heck out of the bottle of bbq.
This way, the ribs were sticky good. stock up on the paper towels.
WOW, best ribs I've had in quite awhile.
Don't scrimp on the fresh lemon with this one......better really is BETTER.
The best for indoor oven bbq.....
