We were JUST getting ready to grill when I saw this & it was SO easy! This recipe helps you get rid of the "black gunk" that can get on corn when you grill - The husks not only protect from the "gunk" but they also hold the moisture in (and the beer helps!) so you get that yummy splash! when you bite into this yummy, crunchy corn! I used near-beer, my large [25 lb] roaster, and put it in our spare frig. The end result was delightful. Our guests were very impressed with the method, appearance & taste. Thank you.

Have always soaked corn in water with husk overnight and then grilled the beer made it better tasting. We ate more corn then anything

i have had this before----Wonderful for the guests easy for the cook and not much prep---virtually no cleean-up and gives you time to focus on another item more time consuming

This is really a good recipe for a big crowd. You won't have many leftovers as everybody comes back for seconds. This recipe goes good with about anything you grill and is so easy.
