Very good. I used all of the ingredients but I did not follow the quantities (less of almost everything). I just eyeballed how much looked good. I finely chopped both onion and pepperoncinis and just sprinkled them over the pizza for a more even flavor. But even with a much smaller qty. it had some kick. Yummy!

I made this pizza with rotisserie chicken and mozzarella instead of colby. It was pretty good and I will most likely make it again.

I made this for dinner tonight. I used Bullseye Raging Buffalo flavor BBQ sauce. I was nice and spicy, but I think the sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think that this recipe would make a great appetizer. I would cut the slices much smaller and serve it that way, instead of as a main course.

Fantastic! Made a few changes, though. I had to use turkey breast--our grocery store didn't have any boneless skinless chicken (not sure how they managed that one). I also added about a teaspoon of chipotle pepper to the bbq sauce, a tablespoon of garlic powder and a tablespoon of honey (I used KC Masterpiece Original). And I used white onion because that's what I had. Make sure to use the cilantro, it makes such a difference! The husband LOVED it!

My husband really liked this. I thought it was okay. That is why I gave it four stars. Plus, I did use suggestions from the reviews. I sauteed diced chicken with salt, pepper, chili powder, and basil. I sauteed the onions and green pepper with garlic powder until a little tender. I also used Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ sauce. I think I will try a different BBQ sauce next time.

We love this pizza. Definitely try it with Jay's Signature Pizza Crust from this site. I add pineapple and leave off the peppers and cilantro, and it's fabulous. The flavor of the barbecue sauce is very important, so find a spicy one you love.

Spicey and fabulous! Served it at a beer tasting party and it was gone before I even got a piece. I had to make a second one just to try it. Make sure you use good BBQ sauce, that's the secret.

Great recipe! I sauteed some diced chicken with s&p, chili powder, and basil. I also sauteed my onions a little with garlic and bell pepper, just until a little tender. I used Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ sauce, and threw some green onions on top to use them up. Husband loved it!

Very good. It was a little on the "barbequey" side, but overall the taste was great. Next time, I'll lay off the sauce a bit. I did coat the chicken lightly with the BBQ sauce (I used a honey variety with about a tbsp. of chili powder to spice it up) and the chicken was nice and juicy, even after bacon. I also put the chicken, red onion and cilantro under the cheese layer, which definitely kept the cilantro from withering. Also added a couple cloves of garlic - rarely cook anything without it. Very good!

I made the recipe the first time as is and it was good. With minor modifications it was even better. I used a little less bbq sauce and less pepperoncini because they tended to overpower the pizza a bit. I browned my chicken in olive oil and Mrs. Dash. The best change was that I carmelized my onions in butter, a touch of balsamic vinegar, and a spoonful of brown sugar. This was delicious!

This s a great recipe. I only changed 2 things. I used Trader Joes ready to bake pizza dough. The only other thing I did was add the cilanto and red onion after the pizza was comlete. Cilantro get wilted and bitter. Whe added after it is fresh and crisp!

This was great. My husband loves barbequed chicken, and this didn't dissapoint. I didn't add the cilantro or the peppers, though I probably will use cilantro next time I make this.
